UKTAŞ
Founded in 1993, UKTAŞ began its efforts with the purposes of developing congress tourism, bringing new congress centers to the sector and ensuring that hospitality services in Turkey are provided successfully. With this approach, using the most advanced technologies, it brings new standards to service quality, whether on a national scale or an international scale, as it carries out its efforts.
UKTAŞ (standing for International Congress Centre Management Inc.) has 149 partners, including the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Tourism and Travel Agencies Foundation of Turkey (TURSAV), the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) and the likes of leading companies and prominent figures in the tourism sector.

Istanbul Convention and Exhibition Centre
The Main Building of the Istanbul Convention and Exhibition Centre (ICEC) opened in June 1996 to host the Habitat II Summit. After the success achieved at the Habitat II Summit, a decision was made for the venue to be expanded in line with developments in the sector.
Rumeli Fair and Exhibition Centre
The Rumeli Fair and Exhibition Centre was built in April 2000 in order to meet the increased interest in Istanbul and the Istanbul Convention and Exhibition Centre. Operated by UKTAŞ, which invested in it in 2000, the Rumeli Fair and Exhibition Centre is the first example in the area of fair area management in support of congress centers in Turkey.
Topkapı Palace Ottoman Guard House / Karakol Restaurant
In September 2009, UKTAŞ took over the reins of the old "Karakol" (Guard House) building next to Hagia Irene by the main gate of Topkapı Palace and expanded the range of services it offers by converting the building into a restaurant. The structure was restored with the cooperation of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and TÜRSAB.
UKTAŞ will continue its efforts to contribute to the tourism sector and to the country's economy.
