The vision of the human resources administration of the Istanbul Convention and Exhibition Centre is to possess a human force is open to change, capable of thinking multidimensionally, innovative, trustworthy, sensitive to others, loyal to ethical values, inclined to teamwork and can think in a customer-oriented manner.
The management of human resources fulfills a strategic role in the management of the institution. The mission of human resources management is to place the right person in the right position via the hiring procedures it implements, to ensure that a new hire adopts the corporate culture via orientation, to improve employees via personal training programs that increase productivity and to foster devotion to the institution via motivational practices.
