As a result of our efforts guided by our sense of environmental responsibility, our 2025 Corporate Carbon Footprint data demonstrates our strong commitment to our sustainability goals.

As Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre (ICEC), we prioritize environmental sustainability at every stage of our operational processes, in line with our vision of leaving a more livable world for future generations. The tangible results of this strategic approach have once again demonstrated how efficiently we manage our environmental impact through our most recent data.

According to our 2025 data, a significant decrease has been achieved in our Category 2 indirect emissions compared to 2024, thanks to resource management and savings-oriented modernization efforts in the use of primary energy sources such as electricity, natural gas, and diesel. In this process, where energy efficiency projects are at the core, we have not only reduced absolute emission amounts but also maximized our operational efficiency.

The most striking indicator of this success is reflected in the emission amount per unit. As a result of calculations based on the total number of participants, a 62% reduction in our carbon intensity has been achieved. This data confirms that regardless of our event volume, we have reduced the carbon load left to nature for each of our guests by more than half, providing an eco-friendly event experience.

Methodology and Transparency Note:

In accordance with our principles of transparency and accountability, the data shared is sourced from the Corporate Carbon Footprint Report, prepared in compliance with ISO 14064-1:2018 standards. Our emission calculations have been meticulously carried out using the operational control approach, covering both direct and indirect sources. The calculation process accounts for all greenhouse gases, including CO₂, CH₄, N₂O, NF₃, HFC, and PFC, ensuring a comprehensive measurement in line with international norms.
